Pick the apps that tend to swallow your time. The next time you tap one, Gratitude Gate intercepts and asks you for one short thing: a sentence of gratitude, a slow breath, a quick mood check-in, or a reminder of who you want to be in this moment. Then it lets you through.

Four gate types, an adaptive friction system that escalates with how often you reach for an app, a rules engine with routine templates, strict mode, lock-until-morning, a Presence Chain that counts both days you logged a gratitude AND days you didn't reach for the gated apps, weekly recap, and a home-screen widget.
